Can you reset crew skills

You reset the skill you have, and you'll get all the crew XP you spent to train it back so you can use them to train the other skill. Switching between trained crew skills at will as you describe is already completely free. Crew reset takes ALL the crew skill xp on that skill and allows you to move it.
