How does reaper end

When "Reaper" and "Chuck" debuted at the start of last season, the comparisons were as frequent as they were obvious. Many people. The "Chuck" finale was a balls-to-the-wall, everything-but-the-kitchen-sink, other-hyphenated-cliche-about-giving-your-best-effort affair, something that built on everything that came before.

It ended in a place that had me very eager to see the next season, while at the same time though I doubt this was the creators' intention had the same air of the "Terminator" finale , where what seems like a cliffhanger also feels like a satisfying stopping point if need be. The "Reaper" finale, on the other hand? Well, it was funny in parts the Devil making Sam dance like a monkey, Sock speaking in tongues after putting his tongue on a toad, Andi getting drunk, Steve complaining about life as a guardian angel , but it also felt as lazy and aimless as the show so often was, and the ending just has me frustrated that we likely won't get to see where things are going.

Even if the show comes back, the creators likely wouldn't be back with it. As Fienberg points out in his own "Reaper" finale review , Sam's ability to play Quarters was never established earlier, and most of this season has felt like Fazekas, Butters and company were just treading water, not sure what to do after the unexpected renewal.

I loved Reaper. But Kevin Saves The World was cancelled. Just bring back Reaper! What happened to Sam? Did not look very well. I love kevin probably saves the world. And while ive seen most CW shows i have never heard of Reaper. But i have to say it looks very interesting and im probably going to check it out then rage at its cancellation after binging the entire show. So yeah. Definitely going to check out Kevin Probably Saves the World!

This is the first time I have heard of the show. Reaper was an incredible show and a huge part of me thirsts for a continuation.

However, if Gilmore Girls can come back then never say never, I guess. Perhaps the most important step to any true Reaper revival would be getting it up on Netflix in its entirety, and see what happens from there.

Last I checked, the Reaper creators are free. Reaper was and still is my favorite show of all time. I thought the show was brilliantly funny and cast perfectly. All I can say the ones who have the power to resurrect this sleeping beauty is this.

I found this show when I was going through a lot of stuff. I never heard of it before In that year, damn near everyone I knew died. Friends, family- all unrelated deaths.

I started watching horror movies because things were just kinda grim and I wanted something lighter. I liked Shaun of the Dead very much and I looked for movies in that style of comedy horror.

I found Dale and Tucker vs Evil and I loved it! I looked for the actors in that movie in similar roles and of course, I found Sock. I was amazed by this show because each character is so very well fleshed out and it even made the Devil look good lol. It is a shame that all this reality tv crap succeeds and this show was cancelled. I hope the cast and crew well in the future. My belated condolences. I can certainly see where Reaper would make for quality comfort food TV.

But I get the impression the time for a Reaper revival has either passed or not yet come. Evil because holy hell is that film hilarious. Still, the three seasons are all on Hulu if you want to give it a chance. Please make season 3 of Reaper!!! I love the show, but you have to have the same characters. The end of season 2 really left me and my family up in the air, we were hoping for a season 3…. I have been looking for it since I found season 2. Please, please, please bring it back!!!!!!!!!!

I was about 3 years late learning of the show Reaper. A friend knew that I would get into it, and sure enough the bond with the characters and the theme was instantaneous. I think all we can do now is take a break from the two reaper seasons, and come back to it once it is less fresh in your mind. In , I was new to the power of Netflix and the hours of entertainment it could provide, and Reaper was one of the first series I watched on there while it actually still listed there.

I am enthused to see there is discussion of the show in late with comments leading up to even this MONTH! In a different era, uncommonly good shows unjustly ended without any real closure all the time.

There was no recourse. You just had to suck it up and be thankful for what you got. Jericho never came back. Ditto for Happy Endings. Add Agent Carter to the list of their canceled-too-early shows.
